This game enables members of one organization to address factors influencing the climate, direction and effectiveness of that organization.

SAMPLE CARDS

Light-hearted:

Tell the group how you feel this organization handles the orientation of new members.  How would you improve this?

Serious:

Tell the group which person, or group of people, you believe goes most unrecognized for the contribution they make to the success of this organization.

In-depth:

Tell the group what you believe are the major weaknesses that prevent this organization from performing better than it does.

ASK:

Light-hearted:

Ask the group members if they think you believe this organization is genuinely committed to quality.  Why do you say that?

Serious:

Ask the group what role or function within this organization they would like to see you fulfilling in the next three years or so.

In-depth:

Ask the group members if they think you believe this organization practices what it preaches (*i.e. lives out its expressed values and objectives.)
