Thank you for introducing the KnowMe™ game to Blanchard Training and Development.  After piloting the game both with clients and internal staff, we have decided to include it as a powerful vehicle for building trust and communication in a team.  Therefore it will be offered in our new High Performing Teams product line as a suggested activity.

Teams that participated in the game were visibly moved.  Later in the follow up, they reported that the impact it had made on team relationships was very noticeable.  The team members not only knew and understood each other better, but communication in the team had increased significantly.
